Frequently Asked Questions
We generally process all online orders between 1-2 business days and the shipping ranges from one business day. Please note that we are unfortunately experiencing some delays with shipping currently due to Covid-19 but are working around the clock to make sure your order is not impacted.
We pride ourselves on providing you with the best quality products and services. However, if there is a product or service that you are not satisfied with or if there is an error we will gladly accept your return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
Shipping is generally based on the weight of the item and how far we're shipping it. Heavier items or shipments to locations farther away from Washington state will cost more than lighter items, for example. We do, however, normally have several promotions that make reduce the cost of shipping, cap it or even offer free shipping. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we have such promotions.
Once you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the purchase. You will also receive a final invoice once order is completed.
We work with the local African markets around the world to source the products we don't have in stock and stock a significant portion of the products ourselves.

No, unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this point. We will let you know when we do.
